Ok. Think about an expensive sports car, say a Porsche.  You can fuel your sweet-ass ride with cheap low grade gas ⛽️. It will run!  

But not well. And over time that shit fuel will cause your high-end vehicle to break down. Leave u on the side of the road. 

Now, think 🤔 about your brain being that Porsche & the only one you have & will ever have btw. No trade in option I’m afraid. 

Your Porsche/brain can ‘run’ on fat (low grade fuel).  But it really wants high-grade fuel/glucose that comes from carbs. 

It will run better and longer if you give it what the manufacturer recommends.  😃

Not talking white bread 🍞 & orange 🍊 juice type carbs/glucose. But a steady stream of glucose from veggies, legumes, beans. Real unprocessed food. 

Why make your brain work harder by converting ketones (what it makes out of fat when there is no carb source) to use for energy?  And give it a low-grade energy/fuel to boot??

I just ask you to think about it.
