Strong or Skinny? You Can Only Choose One

In my 20’s & 30’s I chose skinny. I was a runner 🏃‍♀️ & restrictive eater. The Problem was I could never be skinny enough. Right? 
Then, in my 40’s I kinda stumbled upon yoga. ‘Game changa’ for me. It eliminated my lower back pain ( from running) & I got strong, really strong! And damn it felt good! 
I love how now, my body holds me up! Now in my 50’s, a strong body vs skinny allows me to move and do activities I did in my 20’s. What about you? Skinny ? Or 💪?
